We are providing civil and structural engineering design services to Morgan Sindall for a new 452-place school and a 32-space accommodation block, to create a new primary school and boarding house at Wymondham College.
Appointed via the ESFA construction framework, the two-storey buildings are of traditional construction and are steel-framed.
The first of its kind in the country, the college prep school will offer primary state boarding places, fulfilling a national need for affordable boarding for younger pupils.
The prep school will be operated by the Sapientia Education Trust, which worked with the county council to ensure the new school meets local needs.
