Clancy takes spot on LHC Framework

Engineering consultant, Clancy Consulting, has won a place on LHC’s first generation Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services Framework (MDC1).

Worth £500 million over six years, MDC1 is available to public sector organisations across two of LHC’s divisions: CPC, which covers the north of England, the midlands and East Anglia; and LSE, covering London and the southeast.

The framework enables local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to source pre-approved consultants to support construction and refurbishment projects from site find, survey and feasibility through to design, project management and completion.

12 workstreams are available through the framework including building services engineering, structural engineering, civil engineering which Clancy has been successful on, plus also architecture, building surveying, clerk of works, quantity surveying, employer’s agent, planning consultancy, principal designer, project management.

Covering a variety of project types, including educational buildings, healthcare buildings, blue light facilities, community buildings, residential properties and student accommodation, the framework runs from January 2022 until January 2028.

This latest win continues a successful few months for Clancy having recently secured places on the Metropolitan Police Service Construction Professional Services Framework and the Technical and Commercial Consultancy Services Framework (Nexus).
