Clancy Consulting has been named as a supplier on the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement. The appointment is to deliver mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) services across the UK for the duration of the framework, which will be in place for up to four years.

NHS SBS was created in 2004 by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and is the country's leading supplier of corporate services to the NHS and their procurement routes can also be utilised by any public sector organisation.

Having secured more than 150 commissions during the previous iteration of the NHS SBS Framework Agreement, the team is excited to continue to deliver healthcare facilities throughout the country that meet the needs of today whilst anticipating the demands of tomorrow and ensuring the smooth running of the health service.

Clancy has vast experience in the healthcare sector, ranging from local primary care facilities to state-of-the-art specialist hospitals. The MEP services team also offers specialist advice on equipment installations and is engaged in lifecycle replacement schemes with a large number of NHS trusts.

Scott Lydon, Director at Clancy commented, “Being reappointed to the highly anticipated NHS Shared Business Services Framework Agreement following our success during the previous four-year term is excellent news. Our MEP team is highly skilled in the sensitivities of working within a healthcare setting and we are proud to have supported NHS trusts throughout the country over many years, particularly during the covid-19 pandemic. We look forward to continuing to deliver cutting-edge, sustainable solutions via the framework over the coming years.”
